A summer evening. 1979.  New York City’s hottest partiers are blowing out their feathered hair and putting on their best polyester threads and platform shoes to head to the grand opening of  Manhattan's first floating casino and discotheque.  Little do they know that their night of boogie fever will turn into a . . . DISASTER!
